Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Policy
ATE Singapore is committed to meet the statutory and regulatory
requirements through demonstration of responsibility for the safety and health of the
employees, contractors, suppliers, partners and visitors in the workplace.
In order to achieve this, the ATE Management aims to:
(1) Identify, assess and eliminate any hazards at the workplace for safety and health;
(2) Provide a safe and supportive workplace free of occupational hazards
and illness;
(3) Minimize disruptions and losses to the business with the workplace safety and health
policy in place;
(4) Provide adequate information, training and supervision of all employees in the workplace safety and health practices;
(5) Continually improve the effectiveness of the workplace safety and health
management system;
(6) Report and investigate any WSH incidents & risks and implement corrective
and preventive measures promptly;
(7) Comply with the requirements of the Workplace Safety and Health Act;
(8) Promote a culture in which all employees share this WSH Policy effectively.

ATE 致力尽责和保障全体员工、承包商、供应商、合作伙伴和访客，在ATE工作场所的安全和健康，遵循和达到法律和法规要求。为实现这一目标，ATE管理层致力于:
（1）识别、评估和消除工作场所的任何安全和健康危险；
（2）提供一个没有职业危害和疾病的安全与健康工作场所；
（3）在工作场所安全与健康政策到位的情况下，减少业务中断和损失；
（4）在工作场所安全与健康做法方面，为所有雇员提供足够的信息、培训和监督；
（5）持续改进工作场所安全与健康管理体系的有效性；
（6）及时报告和调查发生的安全事故和风险，并及时实施纠正和预防措施；
（7）遵守和符合工作场所安全与健康法规的要求；
（8）促进所有员工有效分享本工作场所安全与健康政策的文化。
